Houston Brick Club displayed on Good Friday April 18th on the skybridge at Texas Children’s Hospital. We had 11 members displaying! There were 250 kids, 50 teens, and 2,000 adults in attendance.

Houston Brick club met at Grace in the Heights, it was a sorting party for the upcoming Brick Rodeo. We had 22 members in attendance.




We had our club meeting this month at the Woodlands Mall Lego Store. Our monthly challenge was to create a room for a castle on an 8 x 16 plate or 16 x 16 plate. We had 20 members in attendance.







Houston Brick Club displayed at Eureka Heights Brew Co. We had 15 members participate. This was our first time to do this kind of event and it was so much fun! We had aproximately 70 adults attend.





















We had our monthly club meeting at the Tomball Bricks & Minfigs. We had a great turnout! Our build challenge for the month was to make a “Feb-ROVER-ary”, a rover, moon rover or some sort of wheeled transport. We had 19 members in attendance.









Another fabulous time at Brick Fest Live for Houston Brick Club! This is such a fun event with so many opportunities to talk with and interact with the public about Lego©. We had 20 members displaying at this event. Event attendance was 17,000 total (6,800 kids, 1,700 teens, 8,500 adults.
A special thank you to the Brickfest Live team they are always so nice and accomodating to us for our displays providing tables, stantions, chairs and electrical drops.











































We had 4 of our members displaying at Gator Con a day where the Community and teachers set aside a day for students and their families to celebrate reading and all things literacy at a comic-con-styled event. Students come to the school in cosplay where they will see all types of characters from Star Wars to Spider-Man, create superhero themed crafts listen to the authors, see displays designed around the day, participate in a Quidditch clinic and an Old English maze, and simply be immersed in literature. Approximately 1500 attended this amazing event.





We had a wonderful event at the Lone Star Flight Museum Lego day! We had 14 members participate and bring mocs. Total attendance was 710 (394 adults, 216 Children, 100 Children under 4).










































Houston Brick club held their annual Christmas Bash on December 14th this year and it was a huge success! We had 60 members in attendance! Thanks so much to Jeff and Angela Schroeder for hosting us they have been so gracious to do this for several years in a row! We had so much fun. The food was absolutely delicious, we had lasagna (meat and vegatarian varities), cake and all the trimmings. We held our annual dirty brickster (white elephant exchange), we drafted a lego set and also had our custom built ornament exchange. 85 sets and a big bag of polybag sets were donated by our members to Texas Children’s Hospital.



































We had 6 Club members present, all with MOCs: Jose Ruiz, Angela Wynans, Alexander Harber, Pam & John Tesch, Tim Howell. We displayed from 9:30 to 2:30pm. We had approximately 2300 in attendance (250 kids, 50 teens, 2,000 adults). The public visitors really enjoyed seeing what we brought and were very appreciative.
